| Video Discription | Everything you always wanted to know about TURBT but were afraid to ask: How to handle peculiar situations in TURB This is the 1st episode of the series “Everything you always wanted to know about TURBT but were afraid to ask”. In this “How to handle peculiar situations in TURBT” episode, we will present video cases to demonstrate showing peculiar and/or challenging situations when performing the transurethral resection of bladder tumour (TURBT) procedure. Firstly, we will illustrate how a repeat transurethral resection (re-TUR) should be performed as well as its indications. We will also discuss a case of a muscle-invasive disease when a bladder sparing treatment is planned. The next video case will highlight a proposed expert strategy in approaching a large multifocal tumour. Afterwards, we will provide the tips and tricks in dealing with a tumour covering or arising from the ureteral orifice. The final video case will feature helpful options on how to manage the complex situation of a tumour in a bladder diverticulum.
