The architectural masterpiece by the Danish company Kvorning Design is a part walk-in art installation and part high-end restaurant. The centerpiece is "Iris," a restaurant. Only 24 guests are seated on any particular evening. The menu costs around €270 per person. Danish chef Anika Madsen serves 18 courses; she's known for her creative usage of unique ingredients that are harvested directly from the surrounding sea and mountains.
