I am so excited to bring a part 3 to the Emily Ratajkowski inspired MIDLINE AB WORKOUT series!!! An intense, quick, and efficient ab workout that focuses particularly on targeting the linea alba or midline (The line that goes down the middle of your stomach). This workout is inspired by celebrity Emily Ratajkowski (Emrata) and her perfect abs. Drop a 🧡in the comments if you'd like to see another midline ab/ ab crack workout on my channel!
I recommend doing this workout 3-4 times a week.
