| Video Discription | #Seviyan #SeviyaKheer #EidSpecial Ingredients: 2 cups Whole Milk. 3 Green Cardamom. 1/2 pack Seviyan. 1/3 cup Khoya. 1/3 cup Sugar. Raisins. Coconut. Pistachio. Pinch of Cardamom. Recipe: In a pot add milk and cardamom pods. Bring the milk to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes. In a different pot add 3 cups water. Bring to a boil and add seviyan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Once the milk reduces to 1/3 add boiled seviyan. Add khoya and sugar. Add raisins, coconut, and pistachio. Add Cardamom powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until khoya melts and seviyan gets thick. Once it starts to bubble it's ready. Let it cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
