Add onion and saute it well. Add capscium and toss everything well. Add degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add tomato, green chilli and mix it well. Add salt to taste, sugar and mix it well. Add tomato puree and mix it well. Add little water and cook for five minutes. Now, with the help of a wooden spoon make a well in the sauce. Add grated cheese into each well and crack the egg into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done. Drizzle some olive oil on top. Garnish it with coriander leaves, spring onion and a pinch of degi red chilli powder.
