| Video Discription | Cold starts can be very simple. If you are doing it from the draw (which is very applicable to self defense unless you carry your gun at the ready all of the time) please make sure you are competent and safe. As you can see, I move like pond water during my cold start (plus it was literally cold). I need to practice more! Put yourself to the test whenever possible. Not only will this help you develop that “switch” that I mention, it will give you a good idea of your capabilities in “cold” circumstances. The results speak for themselves. We all will have degraded performance under stress, now add your individual level of training. Have you trained enough to have acceptable capability in a life threatening situation?? Go find out. If your not happy with the results, use that as fuel for your fire to go and train!!!
