| Video Discription | #PalaThalikalu #GaneshChaturthi #Sweet #vinayakachavithi #prasadam Pala Thalikalu is a traditional sweet dish made of handmade rice flour,milk, Jaggery and ghee,dry fruits , Sabudana. It's a special dish offered as Naivedyam to Lord Ganesh during Vinayaka Chavithi. Ganesh Chaturthi Special Sweet Pala Thalikalu,Pala Thalikalu recipe,Bellam Thalikalu recipe, Ingredients : 1Cup water, 4tbs Rice Flour (home made) Jaggery to taste Milk 500ml Ghee to roast dry fruits Cashew,Badam, Cardamom,Kishmish as required. Boil water on medium flame and add 4tbs rice flour into it and mix it well to make Smooth and Soft dough.The dough has to be slightly sticky and not tight. if the dough is too tight then the Thalikalu will be turnhard. Boil Milk for 15mins on low flame. Add Sabudana ( soak in to water for 1hr ) into the milk and boil it for 10mins on medium flame. After 10mins, add Thalikalu into the boiling milk and boil it on low flame for 5mins.after 5mins add Jaggery to the milk and mix it well. Make sure the Jaggery dissolve completely into the milk. Now,fry the dry fruits in Ghee and add the fried dry fruits and cardamom into the boiling milk and boil it for 5 more minutes. Turn off the flame after 5mins.
