Its very useful podi recipe for delicious and authentic cooking style Just we need 6 ingredients for this Ingredients : 1. Coriander Seeds - Dhaniya - 1 Cup 2. Urad Dal - Uluntham paruppu - 1 Cup 3. Red Chillies - Sigapu Milagi - 1 Cup 4. Channa Dal - Kadalai Parupu - 1/2 Cup 5. Asafoetida - katti Perungayam - 4 small pieces 6. Gingelly Oil - Nallanai - 3 T.spoons Method: 1. In the hot pan, pour 1 T.Spoon oil, then add hing and Coriander seeds and roast it and keep it aside in a plate 2. now, again add 1 T.Spoon oil and in that add urad dal and roast it and mix it with Coriander seeds 3. Thirdly roast the channa dal and add it in the same plate 4. finally roast the red chillies and mix with other ingredients 5. keep it cool for 10 minutes 6. After that grind it semi coarsely 7.
