| Video Discription | Learn how to make 3 ingredients jalebi recipe in 5 minutes by the Kitchen Bistro & Mom in USA. Ingredients: For sugar syrup: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water Orange/red food color Green cardamom (optional) Directions: Take a pan, add sugar & water in it. Add food color and boil for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. For jalebi batter: All purpose flour 1 cup Yogurt 3 tbsp 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup water Directions: Make a smooth texture batter by mixing all ingredients in a bowl for 10-15 minutes.. Take an empty plastic bottle and melt it’s lid for few seconds, use a toothpick to make a cone shape hole.. Add the batter in the bottle & cut it’s lid.. For Frying: Take a pan and make spiral shape from the batter.. fry until it changes color.
