Today, we are making the Big Mac Smashed Tacos! This new take on a fast food classic was amazing and I highly encourage you to make them at home. Its quick, easy and most importantly, GOOD! Come on with me! #Tacos #Viral #SmashBurger #cajun What you will need: 1 Lb. Ground Beef (I used 90/10. I recommend 85/15) 1/2 Yellow Onion Fajita Tortillas (these are about 6 in, you can go larger if you want) Shredded Lettuce Pickles Sesame Seed (optional) Sauce: 1/2 Cup Mayo, 2 Table spoons Mustard, 2 Table Spoons Sweet Relish, 1 Table spoon finely chopped onion, 1/2 Table Spoon White Vinegar, 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic and Onion Powder, 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup (optional) Notes: for the tortilla size I used, you want to use about 1/6 pound of beef, so roll your pound of ground beef into 6 equal meat balls. Or, you can go with a larger tortilla and use more meat. If using super lean beef (like I did), add a bit of oil to the pan.
