Join us: https://bit.ly/3Rz1uCH Two jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) including a sub-inspector, were killed, and two others were injured in a bomb attack carried out by armed assailants in Bishnupur district on April 27. As per sources, the attack on the CPRF jawans occurred at the 2nd IRB post at Naransena under Moirang police station. The incident took place between midnight and 2:15 am when unidentified armed individuals hurled bombs and opened fire at a sentry post. Four CRPF jawans from the 128 Battalion, deployed in the area also sustained gunshot wounds and bomb shrapnel during the assault.
