(With English Sub Titles) INGREDIENTS SERVES - 2 to 3 Tulsi /Holy Basil- 10 Leaves Dry Ginger- small piece (Crushed) Shallot- 2 Small piece Palm Jaggery OR Jaggery- 50 Gms (as per Taste) Cumin Seeds- ½ TSP Coriander Seeds – ½ TSP Pepper Corn- ½ TSP (Crushed) Cardamom – 2 Pcs Water – 2 ½ Cup Coffee Powder – 1 TSP METHOD: Boil all the ingredients together for 2 Min. Then add Coffee Powder. Then again boil it for 5 Min. in low Flame. Strain it..Your Healthy Coffee is Ready.. Drink Hot.. Stay Healthy.. Happy Cooking ..
