| Video Discription | The most perfectly cakey chocolate cookie with mocha frosting. 1 C butter 1 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C baking cocoa 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 C sour cream 1/2 C milk 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3 1/2 C flour 1 C chopped walnuts or pecans Mocha Frosting: 3 C powder sugar 2-3 Tbsp baking cocoa 1/3 C soft butter 1-2 Tbsp prepared espresso or super strong coffee dash of salt splash of vanilla Cream butter and sugar, add cocoa, eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream. Mix well, add dry ingredients and mix well. stir in nuts Drop by cookie scoop onto cookie sheets and bake in a 350° oven for 10-13 minutes.
