| Video Discription | Rhinoplasty surgery commonly referred to as a “nose job,” is surgery to change the appearance of the nose by modifying the bone or cartilage or improve breathing or both. Male patients usually prefer to have a bolder, sharper, or broader nose Patient Concerns: 1. Prominent hump on the nose bridge, needed removal of the hump 2. Droopy tip of the nose and wanted to lift it up a bit 3. Slight deviation of nose bridge towards the left and nose tip leaning towards the right. Needed to straighten out the deviation and lean Treatment Plan: After consultation, we decided on the following 1. Reduction of the hump on the bridge of the nose 2. Operating on the bones and cartilage on the bridge of the nose 3. Narrowing the nasal bones 4. Align the nasal tip to the center 5. Shave the extra bone of the left of the bridge that is deviated 6. Septum bone correction by aligning it to midline Post Procedure: A year after the surgery, patient shared his pictures with us and those results can be seen in the video.
