| Video Discription | This video is about managing a recurrent anal fissure within 6 weeks. Why would anyone operate so early, PAIN? Her excruciating pain at 12 oc nodule prevented her from sleeping. She could not sit or walk. This problem is generalled overlooked by the primary surgeon, even by me, as we think the treatment is complete. Anal calibration first to 300 mm, then to 35 mm (in females we can go up to 45 mm, but I prefer to stay at 35 mm for Indian females). Keep it in for 4 minutes 2.
