Our program achieves more than just a weight loss because we incorporate 4 important pillars. 1. Physician monitored GLP-1 medication management 2. Access to our professional nutritionist 3. Access to our personal trainer 4. Access to our wellness coach and therapist At the consultation we will evaluate and attain a baseline. This will involve discussing your both physical and mental wellness and setting goals. Attaining a baseline will include weight, measurements, photos, BMI and plan for lab work. We will also work closely with your PCP Your progress will be monitored on a regular basis either in person or televisit. At the end of our 6-12month program we will review final results and discuss future maintenance plan to help you keep up those hard earned results.
