Laparoscopic Management. gastropleural fistula (Pleomorphic Sarcoma). 00:05 history and presenting complaints:-. 57 years old male, a diagnosed patient with high grade pleomorphic sarcoma of lesser curvature stomach and retro-peritoneum (Dec 2014) received chemotherapy with three cycles of I.C.E regimen ended March 2015. Now presented with continuous fever and an episode of hemetemesis. Gastropleural fistula detected during U.G.I endoscopy. 00:17 Findings on U.G.I endoscopy. 00:21 Showing Gastric Perforation. 00:23 A Graphic view of actual situation. 00:26 Showing. Adjacent gastric mucosa is unremarkable. Stapled gastric margin is free of tumour. Patient is a known case of pleomorphic sarcoma, post C.T.
