Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/maatusrecipes You will need: Tindora: 250 grams Besan / chickpea flour: 2 tbsp Rice flour: 2 tbsp Corn flour: 1 tbsp Garlic-ginger paste: 1/4tsp Red chili powder: 1 tsp Ajwain: ¼ tsp Haldi / turmeric powder: ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder: 1/2 tsp Jeera / cumin powder: ¼ tsp Chaat Masala Powder: ½ tsp Salt (as required) Preparation: Wash Tindora (250 grams) properly with water, Chop them into thin slices Keep them aside **** In mixing vessel, add sliced tindora, besan / chickpea flour (2 tbsp), rice flour (2 tbsp), corn flour (1 tbsp), garlic-ginger paste (1/4 tsp) and mix well Add red chili powder (1 tsp), ajwain (¼ tsp), haldi / turmeric powder (¼ tsp), garam masala powder (1/2 tsp), jeera / cumin powder (¼ tsp), chaat Masala Powder (½ tsp), salt (as required) Mix well Sprinkle water (as required) so the flours and spices coat the tindora properly **** In a kadhai / pan, add oil and let it heat Slide the coated tindora into the hot oil Fry in medium flame till coated tindora turn golden and crispy Transfer them with a ladle Drain the excess oil Repeat the process with rest of the coated tindora Kurkure Tindora are ready |
