It is instant murukku recipe because I used store bought rice flour. Thattai murukku is a crispy, spicy South Indian Snack recipe. Thattai murukku is made of rice flour, pottukadalai powder, and butter. The dough made out of these three ingredients is deep-fried in the oil.
