| Video Discription | Crispy Chicken Pakodas or Indian Chicken Nuggets is a type of tasty Chicken fry that can be enjoyed with green chutney or as a side dish with rice and dal.These are small pieces of chicken dipped in a spicy flavour plus corn flour and gram flour mixed liquid.Let's make this dhaba style Pakoras. 1.Chicken - 1/2 Kilo ( boneless small cubed shape pieces) FOR MARINATION REQUIRED INGREDIENTS =================================== IN A BOWL ADD ------------------------- Corn flavour - 2 tablespoon Gram flour - 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Yogurt - 1 tablespoon Tandoori chicken masala/Chicken masala/Garam masala - 1 tablespoon Egg white - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon Few curry and coriander leaves - chopped Green chillies - 3 crushed Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon MIX THESE INGREDIENTS 2.Add the chicken pieces to this mixture and marinate it for 30 minutes. 3.In a pan heat oil and to it add the marinated chicken pieces slowly and in batches,deep fry them. 4.Remove these fried chicken pakodas in a plate , do not over crowd them. 5.Garnish them with onions,green chillies,lemon and curry and coriander leaves. 6.Serve hot with green chutney also enjoyed as a side dish with dal and rice.
