They consist of overgrowths of epidermal appendages, connective tissues, skin, fat, hair follicles, sweat glands located partly over the cornea and partly over the sclera. Surgical excision is an effective and necessary treatment for dermoid. Here we present this case of 7 year old girl who presented to use with limbal dermoid. It was surgically excised and post operative results are promising in terms of visual acuity and cosmetic correction. Disclaimer: This video is meant for the education of eye specialist.
