They just show up, say their lines, and let the post-production team take it from there. But that’s not always the case. In fact, for the main actors from the Harry Potter series, there were a ton of grueling shoot days that were physically and emotionally draining for them. And they were only little kids then! If you’re curious about what some of these rigorous shoot days looked like, then you’re in the right place. In particular, there were a couple of sequences involving water (sometimes freezing cold!) that proved incredibly tough for the actors to deal with. We talk about the painful process of filming the famous Quidditch scenes, as well as one particular day when Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, and Rupert Grint had to deal with a particularly brutal shot sequence.
