| Video Discription | Follow Us On Instagram 👇🏻 Vahchef :- https://instagram.com/vahchef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Powerchef Pranav :- https://instagram.com/pranav.chef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Curd Rice Ingredients:- Rice - 1 cup Water - 3 cups Curd - 500g Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup Ghee - 2 tb spb Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Curd chillies- 5 Green chillies- 4 Cashew nuts - 1 tb spn Raisin- 1 tb spn Curry leaves- 2 sprigs Salt - 1 tsp In a pressure cooker add 1 cup washed rice & 3 cups water and pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles till the rice it softly cooked. While it’s still warm to that add salt, 1.5 cups of milk, and mix it well Now add 500g of thick curd to it. Now add pomegranate seeds and mix it well. In a pan add ghee, mustard, chana dal, urad dal, and fry till they get nice colour. Now add curd chillies, cumin, green chillies, cashew nuts, raisins, curry leaves and fry it. Add this tempering to curd and fold it in. Serve this curd rice chilled and enjoy.
