Here's the recipe: Low Carb Cucumber Tuna Bites Ingredients: ⅓ cup of unsweetened Greek Yogurt (we love to use Siggis brand!) ⅓ cup of thinly chopped red onions 1 can of Albacore Tuna 1 cucumber sliced A pinch of Dill (optional) Sea salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Mix together greek yogurt, red onions, tuna, dill, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl, set aside Slice cucumbers Add one small scoop (about 1 tbsp) of tuna mixture to each cucumber Enjoy on a lower carb day! We love having cucumber in the summer time! They are 96% water and therefore a great way to help to keep you hydrated. They are also known to help flush out toxins.
