INGREDIENTS • 3-4 lb chicken wings, trimmed into wingettes ( drumsticks & flats) • 1 tbsp baking powder(winner!) OR Cornstarch • 2 tbsp olive oil Spicy Dry Rub • 2 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning - https://youtu.be/1Yt_jN1tDfY • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning • 2 tbsp Nashville Hot Seasoning DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375F, convection setting on 2. Arrange seasoned wings on a baking sheet with a raised grate and bake for 20-25 minutes. 4. Remove wings, flip over, re-season with Spicy Dry Rub, spray lightly with oil and place bake in the oven.
