Let me know how you like and don't forget to subscribe and like my videos!!! 😊 Coxinha recipe Dough 1L of water 150g butter 1 Tbs salt 500g all-purpose flour Filling Oil to sauté 500g cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 whole garlic 1 bunch parsley 1 tsp paprika Salt and black pepper to taste Brazilian creamy cheese to taste, you can add cream cheese instead To bread 1 egg 2 cups of milk Oil (enough to deep fry) 1 cup Panko For the Catupiry (optional) 1L whole milk 1 Tbs vinegar 2 Tbs butter Salt 3 pinches Dough In a pot, add the water, salt and butter. Once the butter is melted, add the flour (1 cup at the time) and mix well. Remember to keep the heat of your stove medium to low. Keep mixing until you have a smooth and silky dough. The dough is ready when it stops sticking on the bottom of the pan. Filling Boil and then shred the chicken. Mince the garlic, chop the parsley. In a large sautee pan, add 1 Tbs of canola oil, sweat the garlic. Add the shredded chicken, add salt and black pepper. Add the creamy cheese (cream cheese) and keep mixing until all incorporated.
