Ingredients:- Wheat Flour- 1Cup Freshly Grated Coconut- 1 cup Sugar- Half Cup Cardamom- Half tsp Oil-2 taps Salt- As Per Test Recipe:- Take 1 cup wheat flour & add half cup water and knead to a soft dough. Cover & set aside for 15 min. For stuffing add 1 cup fresh grated coconut, half cup sugar, half tsp cardamom. And mix it very well. Divide the dough equal portion and make chapati... After that take coconut stuffing and keep inside the chapati, press the edges to seal. Heat Tawa & place the chapati. Cook the chapati for 1 min 2 sides, sprinkle the oil on both sides, and again cook for 1-2 min.. lastly arrange on a serving plate... Fresh coconut sweet paratha, Sweet nariyal coconut.
