To use these points to shop on Amazon, open the Citibank website in your browser. On the main page, find the login form. In the form, type your username and password. Then click the “Sign On” button. After you log in to the dashboard of your account, find your credit card. Below, you can find the section called “ThankYou from Citi.” Click on the “View/Redeem” button. On your rewards details screen, you can see the number of available points. Scroll down and find the option “Shop With points at Amazon.” Click on it. Citibank shows notice that you are going to a third-party site. Click the Continue button. Then, you should see a page on the Amazon website where you can link your Citi rewards account to Amazon. Click on the “link your Citi rewards account” button.
