Molten Chocolate Lava cake Recipe in English: Ingredients: • Butter 4 Tbs • Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup • Icing sugar ½ cup • Egg yolk 1 • Egg 1 • All-purpose flour 3 Tbs • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp • 2” deep ramekins Directions: -Preheat oven at 200 C. -In a bowl add butter, semi sweet chocolate chips & microwave it for 30-45 seconds then mix well. -Stir in the sugar until well blended. -Add egg yolk and egg, whisk well. Stir in flour, mix well. -Add vanilla extract and give it a good mix. -Grease your ramekins or 2 inch deep oven safe bowls. Add some flour or coco powder and dust excess. -Add mixture in ramekins/bowls. Add bake at 200 C for exact 14 minutes. Cake should have firm side and the center remains soft. Let stand for a minute and invert the cake on separate plates while it’s warm. -Sprinkle icing sugar and serve. Tips: • This recipe is not for microwave. • If ramekins are not available use small bowl (preferably 2x2 inch deep) which are oven safe or a cupcake tray. • This recipe yields 2 cakes. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: • Makhan 4 Tbs • Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup • Icing sugar ½ cup • Anday ki zarde 1 • Anda 1 • Maida 3 Tbs • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp • 2” deep ramekins Directions: -Oven ko 200 C per preheat kerlein. -Bowl mein makhan aur chocolate dal ker 30-45 seconds kliya microwave mein melt karein aur mix kerlein. -Icing sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Ab is mein anday ki zarde aur anda dal ker whisk karein. Maida shamil karein aur mix karein. -Akhir mein vanilla extract dal kr ache tarhan mix kerlein. -Ramekins ya 2 inch deep oven safe bowls ko grease karein.Maida ya coco powder chirak dein aur extra nikal lein. -Ramekins/bowls mein mixture dal dein aur 200 C per 14 mintues kliya bake ker lein.Oven sa nikal ka 1 minute kliya bahir rahein phr plate per ulta ker n ramekin sa nikal lein. -Icing sugar chirak ker serve karein. Tips: • Yeh recipe microwave kliya nahi hai. • Agar ramekins available nahi hun tou small bowls (preferably 2x2 inch deep)jo oven safe hun ya cupcake tray istamal ker saktay han. • Is recipe sa 2 cakes tayyar hunga. |
