| Video Discription | Follow Us On Instagram 👇🏻 Vahchef :- https://instagram.com/vahchef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Powerchef Pranav :- https://instagram.com/pranav.chef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Tamarind Rice Ingredients:- Rice - 2 cup Water - 4 cups Turmeric- 1/4 tsp In a pressure cooker add washed 2 cups rice, 4 cups water and 1/4 tsp turmeric and cook the rice till it’s softly cooked. Sesame Mix Powder:- Sesame seeds - 2 tsp Pepper- 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp Add all the above ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind into a fine powder and keep aside. Pulihora tempering :- Peanut oil - 1 tb spn Mustard- 1/2 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Methi- pinch Red chillies - 5 Urad dal - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Peanuts- 2 tb spn Hing- pinch Turmeric- 1/4 tsp Curry leaves- few sprigs Green chillies- 4 Tamarind pulp - 1 cup Salt - To Taste Water - 1/4 cup In a large pot add peanut oil, mustard, cumin, red chillies, methi, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, and let them splutter. Now add hing , turmeric, curry leaves , add tamarind pulp and sauté it till oil oozes out from it . Now add Sesame powder and cook it. Add a dash of water and mix it well . Then add green chillies, boiled rice, salt and switch off the flame . Mix it well till everything combines well. Tasty Tamarind Pulihora is ready to enjoy.
