| Video Discription | INGREDIENTS: Ragi flour – 1 Cup Sugarcane Jaggery – 1 Cup Peanuts – 1 Cup Sesame Oil – 5 Tbsp Water – To knead METHOD: 1. Add ragi flour in mixing bowl and pour little water knead it well. 2. Heat dosa tawa, flat the roti by hands on the tawa cook on both sides, and keep it aside. 3. Broken the roti into small pieces after cool it. 4. Dry roast the peanuts till golden brown, and cool it aside and Peel off. 5. Blend the peanuts and the broken ragi rotis into coarse powder Seperately. 6. Now transfer into the bowl, add jaggery and sesame oil mix together 7. make equal size balls. 8. Serve the ladoo. |
