Recipe: Dry: 1/2 cup of New Mexico red chile powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 TBS white flour Other: 2 cups water 1 garlic clove 1 TBS lard Mix dry ingredients in small crock pot. Stir in water. Add lard and split garlic clove. Cook on high 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour of cooking. |
