The silver bullet in family court can be deadly. If restraining orders are based on false allegations, there are ways to turn that around to your advantage. I did. But you must be assertive. And you have to learn how to navigate the forensic evaluation, CPS/ACS children's services investigations, and family law. I am sorry you are in divorce/family court.
