| Video Discription | CAUTION though this method is 0-400F, BE SURE TO follow your pellet grill manufacturer’s start up procedures! Combustible gasses must escape before closing the lid! Mastering crispy chicken wings on a pellet grill is actually more of a challenge that you’d think! That’s why I’m here testing out the 0-400 chicken wing method, and while we’re at it let’s make some homemade honey buffalo sauce! Lets get our the Lone Star Grillz Pellet Grill and get to work! This method is SUPER simple! Take your wings and dry them thoroughly. Toss in a little olive oil or avocado oil. Season with your favorite chicken wing rub, today I’m using the Hey Grill Hey Sweet BBQ Rub ( https://heygrillhey.com/store/products/hey-grill-hey-sweet-rub/?ref=4eQbXwPPtpYi5X ) use promo code smokeshow to save 15%. Then place the wings in a cold smoker. Crank that puppy to 400F and come back in 30min to flip them. Back in for another 30min and they should be temping at about 190-200F… if they are below that, give them more time. For the buffalo sauce recipe, we can’t do the traditional buffalo wing sauce in my house… it needs to be a little more tame, so here is my honey buffalo wings sauce recipe: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 cup honey 1/2 Cholula Hot Sauce 1-2 teaspoons corn starch to thicken sauce Simmer in a sauce pan until smooth and consistent.
