Grind and keep aside. In a cooker heat oil and add whole garam masala,onion,salt saute well. Add ground masala and cook well.now add tomato,curry leaf,coriander leaves and cook until tomato softens.add chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well till raw smell gone.now add Mutton and mix well.cook for 2 minutes. After 2 mins add required water to adjust consistency and mix well.cook for 5-7 whistle and serve.tasty Chettinad Mutton Gravy ready.
