| Video Discription | When ever we prepare Bhakshalu/Bobbatlu there arises Kattu Charu. It is a special type of Rasam prepared on the Ugadi day by Telangana people.This have a different taste among all the Rasam prepared. Please add all the below mentioned ingredients as per your taste. Ingredients: Senaga Kattu (Chana dal boiled water) - 1 large cup Purnam pindi (Chana dal powder) - 1 small cup Tamarind juice - 1/2 small cup Tomatoes - 1 big size Onions - 2 small size Red chilli powder - 1/2 Tbsp Green chillies - 6 Spring onion - 1 Salt - 1 tbsp (as required) Coriander powder(Dhaniya) - 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Curry leaves - few Fresh coriander leaves - few Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tbsp Dry red chillies - 2 Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp (as required) Process and preparation as shown in the vedio.
