Ingredients:- Daal Channa : 500 grams ( Soaked in hot Boiling water at least 1 hour before Cooking) Onion : 1 small in slices Green chillies : 3 Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp Tomato: 1 large White Zeera : 1Tsp Red chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes : 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder : 1 Tsp Haldi Powder: 1/4 Tsp Zeera Powder : 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 Tsp Garam masala Powder : 1/2 Tsp Water : 2 to 3 Cups Oil: 5 to 6 Tbsp Cooking Time is 7 to 10 minutes After Whistle started. Note: Check your Daal after 7 Minutes if it's still under cooked then you can add 1 cup water and wait for 5 more minutes after whistle started.
