| Video Discription | With the increasing daylength following the spring equinox, cannabis planted outside or in the greenhouse will begin to revert to the vegetative stage. I am interested in how the short daylength in the spring can be utilized to produce a crop of cannabis flower without light deprivation/supplementation. The 2016 spring season was much more successful than this 2017 one, probably owing to using different strains and more significantly due to difference in temperature trends this year. Although I did not get a full crop this year, it turned out to be a great learning opportunity and the observations I made have given me several ideas of how to improve the spring grow concept and make it more reliable. |
