| Video Discription | Camacho - Corojo Robusto Cigar Review. The Camacho Corojo in Robusto is a 5" by 50 stick with a dark brown corojo wrapper, a corojo binder, and Honduran filler. The flavor profile was full bodied with moderate strength. On the pre-light, the wrapper gives off a barnyard/petting zoo-like aroma, while the foot yields notes of milk chocolate cocoa. This cigar offered powerful flavor notes with a few notable transitions. The first third offered notes of sweet woodfire, leather, dark coffee, and a walnut note. A bit of pepper spice was also present. In the second third, a strong metallic taste came in to join the other flavor notes. This very bold flavor profile remained consistent through the final third. The cigar put off large plumes of smoke, and caused salivating in the mouth. The draw had ideal resistance throughout. The construction was average as the burn struggled considerably around the halfway point requiring multiple touchups. Recommended pairings: dark coffee, whiskey, or soda. My smoke time was about one hour 30 minutes for this vitola. Overall it was a very bold, loud-flavored and therefore divisive cigar.
