Kanda Poha is a popular Maharashtrian dish that is enjoyed as tiffin for breakfast or evening snacks. It is made with flattened rice and onions. Kanda in marathi means onions and hence this dish derived the name. This is a very filling dish that can be easily made with a few tempering ingredients, seasoning and basic condiments.
