For the green chutney, take garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, roasted bengal gram, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, coriander leaves in a mixer jar and squeeze some lemon juice in it. 2. Add a little water and grind everything to a thick paste. Add 1 teaspoon of water if the paste is very coarse. Keep it aside. 3. To a large bowl, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and pepper powder. Mix well until they are all well blended. 4. Crack open eggs in another large bowl and add salt, pepper to it. Whisk the eggs well. 5. Transfer the whisked eggs to the onion mixture and combine everything well. 6. Heat a pan and smear butter all over it. 7. Once the butter starts sizzling, transfer the omelete mixture on to it and spread it evenly. 8. Let it cook for 1-2 mins and then place two bread slices side by side on the top. 9. Apply some butter on both the slices nicley. 10. Cook the omelete for 2-3 minutes and then flip it to the other side after it is firm and nice. 11. Once the other side is cooked too for 2-3 minutes, flip it again and smear the green chutney on both the slices. 12. Now fold the omelete to tuck in the bread slices from both the sides as shown in the video. 13. Fold the omelete and place one bread slice on to the other. Gently press it all in. 14. Yummy street style bread omelete is ready to be served. You can cut it into smaller pieces and enjoy with some tomato ketchup. Bread omelette is a very simple yet delicious breakfast recipe. You can make it very easily with just eggs and fresh bread.
