Remove and keep aside for further use. For Fried Cashew Nuts Paste In the same kadai heat ghee and fry the cashew nuts until golden. Remove and let them cool down, then add it to a grinder jar and grind it into a fine paste. Keep aside for further use. For Halwa In the same kadai heat ghee and fry the chironji, raisins and then add milk. Bring the milk to a boil and add condensed milk, mix it properly and let it boil for 4-5 minutes. Now add the fried bread, fried cashew nuts paste and mix everything properly. Continue cooking until it leaves ghee from the sides, now switch off the flames and add cardamom powder mix it properly Serve warm and garnish with chironji, raisins, fried cashew nuts, silver warq, dry rose petals, mint leaves. *********************** ♨️ Through this Channel, I intend to take you on a culinary journey, exploring new places, cultures and flavours.
