Batukizer are Carla from Rio de Janeiro and Rasmus from Copenhagen. Carioca by birth and Brazilian by heart, Carla has traveled all around Brazil and was schooled in dance, percussion and acting. Her career led her to Denmark and eventually her vast knowledge and Rasmus' digging for Brazilian roots and rarities formed the DJ duo Batukizer.
