Later, when I learned this recipe this become one of my best recipes which I'm sharing with you. So let's try this recipe to make a delicious Indian sweet recipe at home today! Sweet Boondi / Meethi Boondi is offered as prasad (offering) in temples in India. Sweet Boondi is an Indian sweet recipe with a crisper surface and sugary juice within. These tiny sweet round balls are made of besan and dipped in sugar syrup. This is an easy and simple Indian sweet recipe made with deep-fried chickpea flour pearls dipped in sugar syrup. Drain it in a strainer. -For the syrup, we need to make one string consistency sugar syrup. Add colour to the syrup along with cardamom powder. -Add besan dana in sugar syrup and give a quick boil. Turn off heat and cover and keep for 1min. -The besan dana should soak up all the syrup. -Spread it on a tray and let it cool a bit.
