| Video Discription | ingredients 3 cups fruit Cake Mix 125g butter 3 eggs 1+1/4 Cup sugar 1+1/2 Cup water 5ml bicarbonate soda 650ml Selfraising Flour optional walnuts/ pecan nuts Method Preheat oven to 170 degrees boil together butter,sugar,water,fruit Cake mix and bicarbonate soda for 10 minutes on stove top set aside to cool slightly Add flour and eggs mix till combined. Add to baking dish of your choosing bake for 50-55 minutes depending on your oven or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
