| Video Discription | Episode 12 of #SweetSummerTreats ☀, a series where I bring to you the easiest dessert recipes to make your summer unforgettable😎 Finding new ways to enjoy mango desserts got me introduced to these Mango Kulfi bites 💁🏻♂️ Made with only 5 ingredients, this treat is definitely a must-try if you are mango lover like me💛 Ingredients 🥭2 cups milk 🥭14 dates , deseeded and soaked 🥭1/4 cup cashews, soaked 🥭1 cup mango chunks 🥭chopped pistachios and saffron strands, for garnish Process 1. Start by soaking deseeded dates and cashews in warm water for 15-20 mins. 2. In a sauce pan add milk, soaked dates, cashews and cook on medium heat until the milk comes to a boil and dates and cashews becomes soft and mushy. 3. In a blender jar add mango chunks and milk mixture and blend till you achieve a smooth consistency. 4. Take a silicone ice cube tray and add chopped pistachios and saffron strands in the bottom. 5. Pour the kulfi mixture over it, cover it with a foil and insert sticks in the middle. 6. Let it refrigerate for 5-6 hours or till the kulfi is set. 7.
