Billy Lee Coram had infact escaped from police custody at this hospital, where he was receiving treatment for allegedly having ingested fentanyl. He was begging to be returned to the medical facility and began deliverately trying to choke himself with his seatbelt when the officer exploded. Footage shows Billy Lee Coram dressed in a hospital gown and socks with his hands bound behind him in the back of a police cruiser. Until he is beaten mercilessly. |
