This tactic is disgusting for several reasons, not least of which is the impact this would have on the morale or students and teachers. It demonstrates the lengths she and the D'Aquila-Penna bloc would go to in moving forward stubbornly in what has been a three-year decimation of District morale, family input, and a series Washington D.C. style misinformation campaigns on a host of important areas including the Budget and the decision to remove a language. Just so the public is clear, here is the former Berkeley Heights Education Association President sharing his thoughts on Dr. Varley's tenure just one year ago. No contract negotiations were occurring at this time, so the claims that this was some tactic on the BHEA's part is not evidenced. |
