| Video Discription | When Chris Tunbaw opened Mandalay Kitchen last year, he knew he wanted to take his customers on a food journey reflecting the path of an exiled diaspora. As one of the first refugees from Myanmar to come to Minnesota, Tunbaw was conscious of the path that he, and others from the diaspora took in order to make a new life in the United States.
