| Video Discription | Belarus' Defence Ministry on Monday released footage showing a convoy of military vehicles being relocated as part of joint Russian and Belarusian exercises. More than 300 tanks and tracked armored vehicles were moved from the Osipovichi training ground to an area of combat training in the Gomel region. The equipment was moved partly with the help of 60 transport units acquired by the Belarusian army at the beginning of the year. Also Monday, Russia's Defence Ministry released video showing soldiers from the Marines Corps of the Eastern Military District training in urban warfare at the Obuz-Lesnovsky training ground. U.S. officials have briefed a Russian attack of Ukraine is imminent and the drills, which will run through Sunday, could be used by Moscow as a cover for an invasion from the north. The Ukrainian capital is about 75 kilometrse (47 miles) south of the Belarusian border. Russia has repeatedly brushed off Ukrainian and Western concerns about the military buildup, saying it has the right to deploy forces wherever needed on its territory.
